SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

Due to the nature of our products, some items may take longer to ship. Some Products usually ship in 1 -2 weeks, and certain products may take 4-6 weeks – depending on make and manufacturer production runs. All shipping details are mentioned under each product. For any delays which take longer than the stipulated duration mentioned, groove.ae will notify the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

Please ensure that you are familiar with the policies outlined below before returning any item.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, we recommend thorough troubleshooting be performed before concluding that the product is faulty. Please remember that we’re here to help. If you require our assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Please ensure that each of the following conditions are met in order to qualify.

  1. Any returned items must be in perfect merchantable condition, free from any marks or signs of use.
  2. All accessories, user manuals and any other included components must accompany your return.
  3. Retail packaging must be returned without damage (excludes polybag packaging and other forms of packaging that cannot be opened without alteration or damage).
  4. The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
  5. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applicable for the return of non-faulty items.
  6. Return requests must be received within 7 calendar days from the date of item received.
  7. Once approved, the return must be received within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your request and have granted approval, simply send the item back to us. Upon receiving your return and confirming that the conditions specified above have been met, we will proceed in processing your choice of an exchange.

For any returns that fail to meet the conditions specified, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion. Alternatively, you may elect to have the item returned to you. The cost of this return is to be covered by the customer.

EXCHANGES

If an exchange has been approved, it will have to be of the same amount or greater than and any differences in sale price for the replacement item will need to be paid for in full before preparing the exchange for shipping.
